Getting outside for your daily exercise is great if you can. A walk, a bike ride or a run are all good options to increase your heart rate and the fresh air is good for you. 

There is lots of support and ideas out there to keep you active at home too - here are a few examples to get you going.

NHS Fitness Studio

Guidance for home working

We know that it is not possible for everyone to work from home, but it is critical to stop the spread of the virus that staff who are able to work from home do so in order to stay well and to play their part in keeping the frontline services running.

Here are some practical tips and things that you might want to consider to help your resilience over the coming weeks if you are now working from home.

Firstly, understand that this is a different way of working and that if you’ve not done it before it may take a little time to get used to.
